Hip Pain

Even if your hip joint is arthritic or degenerated, chances are good that we can help. In my experience, inflammation inside the hip joint caused by a sloppy low back and pelvis is the most frequent source of hip pain. There are really TWO sources:
  1. A sloppy unstable lower back and pelvis (the hip is connected to this)
  2. Inflammation inside the hip joint.
You can see why anti-inflammatory medications may help a little, but not completely because it ignores the fact that the back and hip are unstable. Likewise, exercising and stretching don't take care of the inflammation.

Treating hip pain successfully must work on both sources of hip pain.
